Additional Comments:
James was the son of William Harvey Reid (1843-1873) and Melinda Jane Miller 
Reid (1848-1918) and the grandson of William Calloway Reid ( 1823-1864) and 
Marinda Lomida Cooke Reid ( 1823-1900).
He was married to Lura Elizabeth Gartman Reid and was the father of several 
children, many of whom are  buried in this cemetery. Children buried in this 
cemetery Harvey Leon Reid; James Lohn Reid Jr.; Lillian  Desma Reid Walker; 
Lurena M. Reid Frizzell. His sister Mattie Reid Clevenger and her husband are 
also buried here.
