IVEY-MAXWELL NUPTIALS Mr. Ernest Ivey of Bronte and Miss Elizabeth Maxwell of Robert Lee were untied in marriage at the home of the bride's sister, in Bronte, on Wednesday evening of last week, June 10th. In the presence of a few invited guests and immediate members of the families of the contracting parties, Rev. W. E. Anderson officiating. The marriage of these two excellent young people brings together two of the old and widely known families of Coke county. Mr. Ivey was born and reared here, and is a young man of exemplary habits and has been a trusted employe of the Cumbie & Company for a long time. The bride is the accomplished daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Maxwell, and has many friend not only in Robert Lee and Bronte but throughout this section who will join in wishing her and the one to whom she has plighted herself every blessing in life.
