Morgan } Judgment, November term 1909, Filed --------------------- Recorded in Vol. 7 page 454 Minutes of the District Court Coleman Co., Texas. On this Nov. 2nd 1909, came on to be heard the above numbered and entitled cause in its regular order, on the docket and thereupon came the plaintiff by attorney and defendant came not, although he had been duly cited in amnner and form and for the length of time required by law, and no jury having been demanded the plaintiff announced ready for trial, and the court after hearing the pleadings read and evidence and arguments of counsel herein, is of the opinion that the plaintiff is entitled to the relief prayed for, in the petition, It is therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the plaintiff Mrs. E.P. (Brooke) Morgando have and recover, a judgment herein against the defendant J.D. Morgan and said defendant, and that the marriage of the plaintiff and defendant be herein annulled. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the plaintiff E.P. Morgan have judgment against defendant J.D. Morgan establishing the fact that the property in controvercy in this cause is the separate property of the plaintiff E.P. Morgan, and that the defendant J.D. Morgan had no interest therein, which property so adjudged to be the separate property of the plaintiff E.P. Morgan is described as follows; Legal description given, all land is located within Coleman County, Texas: 160 acres of land, known as survey No. 42 80 acres of land out of survey No. "437" 80 acres of land out of the Jno Needham survey No. 497 80 acres of land on Hords creek known as survey No. 112
