Ozlesby J.P. & exofficio N.P. for Freestone Co, Texas, May 21st 1889, Statutory, Know all men by these presents that we, J.F. Trahin and wife Sophia Trahin, formerly Sophia "Brooke" and Robert Epps, and wife Willie Epps, who was formerly the wife of R.T. Brooke deceased, do by those presents (?) jointly and severally bind ourselves, or heirs or assigns, executors and administrators to comply strictly with a former agreement, or contract or in other words a division as a settlement of the property made and agreed upon prior " " the death of R.T. Brooke (Roger Turner), deceased, do by these presents agree that all lands situated in Coleman Co., Texas, that was agreed by and set a part by the heirs in their "firs" settlement of which all of said above described property is to be the interest of Mrs. E.P. Brooke wife of J.G. Brooke (Joseph Green) deceased and we do hereby furthermore bind ourselves our heirs and executors to warrant and defend all claims, set forth against said property by our selves our heirs, executors or administrators now and forever.
