Doings Of The Court :
The suit of C. C. Stone vs. the Texas Traction Co., damages for alleged
personal injuries received in an accident in this city, last fall, is 
on trial in district court.

In the suit of Fowler vs. H. & T. Co., damages for personal injuries 
in the sum of $12,000, on trial a few days since, the jury returned a 
verdict in favor of the plantiff for $375.
