Funeral services for Rosezeen Caldwell, 74 of Nevada were held July 7, 2008,
at First Baptist Church Nevada. Interment followed at Nevada Cemetery. Mrs.
Caldwell died July 5, 2008, at Medical Center of McKinney. The Rev. Ed Spivy
and the Rev. Bob Evans officiated.

She was born on Oct. 27, 1933, in Mineola to Calvin O. and Mary C. Kennedy.
She married W. Giles Caldwell on Aug. 28, 1959, in Rockwall.

She was a Nevada ISD retired school teacher and attended First Baptist Church
of Nevada.

Survivors include her husband Giles Caldwell of Nevada; daughter Nancy Cooksy
of Nevada; sons Stephen Caldwell and his wife Carol of Longview, and George
Caldwell and his wife Debbie of Crawford.She had seven grandchildren and nine
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Claudia Baker of Lafeyette, La., and
Peggy Franks of Bossier City, La.
