Interment followed at Cottonwood Cemetery. Mrs. Clemmons died May 17, 2008, surrounded by her family. She was born in Liberty Grove to the late Luther C. Foster and Dorris L. Richards. She had been a Wylie resident for 54 years and a longtime member of Cottonwood Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Wayne Clemmons of Wylie; sons, Steven W. Clemmons of Wylie, David Clemmons and his wife Stephanie of Richardson; brothers, James L. Foster of Dallas, Mickey D. Foster and his wife Pat, David O. Foster and Randy L. Spence of Wylie; sister, Charlotte J. Ross of Wylie; grandchildren, Parker and Caroline Clemmons of Richardson and many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
