Eva Lynn Denison, 79, of Clovis, NM, died Thursday Feb. 12, 2009, at Plains 
Regional Medical Center, in Clovis.  She was born Dec 7, 1929, in Vigo Park, 
Texas, to Everett and Sallie Rossetter Roundtree.

She was raised at the Baptist Children's Home from the age of 5 until she 
turned 16.  She lived in New Mexico several years before moving to Lubbock, 
where she lived for over 30 years.  She moved back to Clovis in 1999.  She was 
a musician and played the piano for the Tiny Lynn Band for many years.  After 
retiring from the band, she continued to play the piano for many different 
organizations.  She loved to cook for her family and friends and was a loving 
mother and grandmother.  She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Survived by--private.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, J. W. Kent Roundtree; 
two grandchildren, Travis Moore and Kilton Fitz; and one great grandchild, 
Alex Rodriquez.

Services will be 2 pm Monday, Feb. 16, 2009, at Trinity United Methodist 
Church with Rev. Margot Thompson officiating.  Honorary casket bearers will be 
her grandsons.

Sallie Rossetter Roundtree was the daughter of John Thomas Rossetter and 
Mattie (Ward) of Parker Community.
