Johnny Kirby

Celina – Services for Johnny Cleveland Kirby, 56 year old Celina carpenter who
died Monday at his home, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday in the First Baptist
Church in Celina. The Rev. Buddy Cole and Dr. Brian Waite will officiate with
burial in Cottage Hill Cemetery.  Cantrell Funeral Home of Celina has charge of
the arrangements.

Mr. Kirby was born in Celina, the son of John A. Kirby and Ruby Weems Kirby. On
November 23, 1957, he married Ann Cummins in Dallas. He was a member of the
Church of God.

Surviving are his wife; son, Johnny Kirby of Celina; mother, of Celina; sister,
Alice Marie Wade of Celina; and half sisters, Laverne Bunch and Gustine Luna,
both of Mesquite.  The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m.
