A funeral service is scheduled at 11 a.m. today in the Hurst’s Fielder-Baker Funeral Home chapel. Burial follows in Altoga Cemetery in Altoga. Visitation is from 9 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home. Born July 22, 1946, in Princeton, he was the son of Dewell “Bud” and Faye Cullum Thomas. Mr. Thomas served in the U.S. Navy. He was a painter. Survivors include a son, Taylor Shane Thomas of Farmersville; two daughters, Stacie Dee Duckworth and Kelly Sellman of Farmersville; companion Regina Barber of Princeton; brothers John H.
