Will drop you a few lines to let you you know I haven't forgotten you. I think I wrote you about Buddy having pneumonia-after he got over it. We all had the flu in January. I was until April getting over it. I just dragged around doing what I just had to and I have been busy all summer in my yard. Patsy & Buddy are both in school this year. Patsy celeberated her 9nth. birthday Sunday. I baked her a big cake & made her some ice cream. Pat is still working everyday and for the same man. He raised a nice garden & I have a nice yard. How is your children & do you ever see & hear from the babies. How is little Jessie & Besssie Lee getting along. would sure love to see you all Preacher & his wife lost their baby in April. It lived only three days and I taken care of her and I had company all year. So I am sure you will excuse me for not writing. Pats Dad is here now. We are getting a nice rain here. and it is still cloudy. Mother & Dad is on a ranch at Candeeria ?(Candelaria ?) down close to the border. Sure hate to see them away off down there. Merle & George are living at Royalty. Maud & Earl at Penwell Preacher & Edna at Imperial on a farm. and Alvin & Faye between Imperial & Giruin ? on a farm. Grady is with Mother & Dad.
