ANNIE BRINKLEY Daily Register, Gainesville, Tex.: At 4 p.m. today in Geo. J. Carroll & Son Chapel, funeral service for Mrs. Annie Brinkley, 71, wife of Walter William Brinkley, 611 N. Taylor St., were to be held. Ministers will be the Revs. Elvis Hill and James R. Cady. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Brinkley, a resident of Gainesville for the past 25 years, came here from Oklahoma where she and W. W. Brinkley were married in 1922. She was a native of Arkansas. She died Thursday morning in a Gainesville hospital. Survivors are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Willie Rotonball of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Opal Knight, present address not available; three sons, Leon Brinkley of Gainesville, Truman Brinkley of Rolla, MO., and Elbert Evans of Seattle, Wash.; two sisters, Mrs. Cora Davis of Chaicasha, Okla., and Mrs. Minnie McMahan of Oklahoma City; and 19 grandchildren.
