convey that part of 141 1/2 acre tract granted to W.E. Collard by virtue of U.B.

Bounty Warrant. No 12/174 issued to Charles Caliotte by Commissioner General

Land office Oct 5, 1860, and transferred to Collard.



West line of John Cradick [Craddock] 640 acre survey, 1491 vrs N 272 east....

lying on Horse Creek. Down said creek to NW corner in E line of Lajoyce [Charles

Lajoice]League.
