We, Mary Ann Jones, S.W. Grimes, F.M. Grimes, Nancy Ellen Hall, and husband, A.

Hall, Sarah C. Bean and husband, EA Bean, Elmira Day, and husband J. Day,

Elizabeth Acree, Wm F. Jahn for $5 in hand paid by Annie E. Culpepper further

petition and division of the Estate of Frederick M. Grimes & his wife, Elmira S.

dec'd & her conveyance to us of her undivided interest in other parts of said

Estate ....

tract of land containing 155 acres being situated in Coryell & Bell Counties,

part of John Craddock Survey.

Additional Comments:
All of the children of F.M & E.S. Farley Grimes are listed.  Wm. F. Jahn is

husband of deceased daughter, Martha Jane. They had one son, Willie, Jahn.
