Culpepper further petition and division of the Estate of Frederick M. Grimes & his wife, Elmira S. dec'd & her conveyance to us of her undivided interest in other parts of said Estate .... tract of land containing 155 acres being situated in Coryell & Bell Counties, part of John Craddock Survey.
