S.W. Grimes conveys to D.W. Squyres, for $4500 part of H. Farley league & Labor

of Land.  $2000 in cash; 3 promissory notes: $900 Jan 1, 1888; 1889; $800 Jan 1,

1890.



Beg at SW corner of survey sold by F.M. Grimes to S.B. Raby & thence to NW

corner of survey belonging to B.W. Hammock.  Stake on bank of branch on S. line

of H. Farley headright. Thence N71 W with S line of said headright 1163 vrs to

division corner between Booth & Grimes. Thence N 19 E 1526 1/2 vrs passed the NW

corner of Powell survey 1044 vr to SW corner of Powell survey.  300 acres.
