From John R. Craddock Survey - 32 1/2 acres



I, J.A. HAMPTON, County of Travis, for $125 in hand paid do convey to 

F.M. GRIMES, Coryell County, the tract of land viz:



Beginning at NE Corner of survey of 640 acres of JOHN R. CRADDOCK, part of same

conveyed to party of the first part.

Thence S 19 W522 vars to stake & pile of rocks.

Thence N 85 W 191 vars & pile of rocks and Live Oak treee

N54 1/2 W 18 

Thence N7 W 6299 vars to pile of rocks and Elm bearing N 19 1/2  E 3 1/2 var ..

S 71 E 448 to beginning 32 1/2 acres more or less on Horse Creek.

Additional Comments:
This land was on Horse Creek and Leon River - near where Bell, McLennan, and

Coryell Counties meet.
