   GATESVILLE MESSENGER 12-16-1985 TONEY SHARP
   Toney  Sharp,  57,  of Abilene, died Dec. 8 in a Big Springs hospital.
   Graveside   services  were  held  Dec.  10  at  Restland  Cemetery  in
   Gatesville. Owen Sharp officiated at the service.
   Mr.  Sharp was born Sept. 24, 1928, in Coryell County, son of the late
   Owen  Jeff  and  Rosie  Sharp.  He  was  reared and attended school in
   Turnersville. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was an
   oil field worker and a Baptist.
   He  is survived by two sons, Toney Sharp Jr. of Wichita Falls and Sgt.
   Mike  Sharp  of  Korea;  one  daughter, Debra Kay Sharp of Odessa; two
   brothers Marvin Sharp of Odessa and George Sharp of Abilene; a sister,
   Genevia Morgan of Abilene; and three grandchildren.
   Pallbearers  at the graveside service were Owen Sharp, T.E.Sharp, Mike
   Sharp and George Sharp.
