   GATESVILLE  -  Billy  Lee  Sinyard,  47, of Gatesville, a construction
   worker  with  Reuter  Construction Co. of Gatesville, died Monday at a
   local hospital.
   Services  will be at 4 p.m. Wedneday at Scott's Funeral Home Chapel in
   Gatesville,  the Rev. Rex Tilly and the Rev. David Crosby officiating.
   Burial will be at Restland Cemetery.
   Mr. Sinyard wa born Oct 13, 1938, in Hawkinsville, GA, son of Troy Lee
   and  Evie  Sinyard.  He was reared and attended schools in Georgia. He
   was in the military from 1960 to 1962 and was married to Leta Gillmore
   on  Oct. 20, 1962. They were both residents of Georgia until moving to
   Gatsville around 1977,.
   Survivors  include his wife: two sons, Mark Sinyard and Billy Sinyard,
   both  of  Gatesville;  a  daughter, Debra Mitchell of Gatesville'; his
   mother, Evie Sinyard of Unadilla, GA.; six brothers, Judd Sinyard, Roy
   Sinyard  and  Bobby  Sinyard,  all of Unadilla, E.B.Sinyard of Tifton,
   GA.,  Troy Sinyard of Perry, GA. and Jerry Sinyard of Cordele Ga.; two
   sisters,  Nell  Stewart  and  Rebecca  Brown,  both of Unadilla; and a
   grandchild.
