Gravesites donated by Caruth family." (20" x 2" Official Texas Historial Marker, Dallas County, 7403 West Northwest Highway, Dallas, Texas" Historical note: The Northway Christian Church which is located at 8400 Airline Road (actually at the corner of Northwest Highway and the Dallas Tollway) in Dallas, Dallas County, was built on the original site where the Caruth Chapel stood.
