DALLAS NEWS, June 26, 1937
ALLSUP, Mrs. Syrilda Jane died Friday at residence 1718 Southland age 87
years.  She is survived by four sons: James of Dallas, Franklin of
McAlester, Spurgeon of Dallas, Columbus of Littlefield, Texas, three
daughters Mrs. Oma REEVES, Oklahoma City, Mrs. Ora BALL of Erick, Okla. 
Mrs. Pearl HAINES of Dallas.  Funeral will be held at ten a.m. Saturday
morning at McKAMY CAMPBELL Funeral Chapel.  Remains will be forwarded to
Willow, Okla. For interment.  The Rev. George M. KING officiating.

ALLSUP, James Riley passed away Thursday at the residence 610 Woodlawn age
70.  Survived by wife, three sons, Alphaeus, Wesley and Arlitt ALLSUP all
of Dallas, one grandchild, four sisters, Mrs. Pearl HAINES, Dallas, Miss
Lula ALLSUP, Willow, Okla., Mrs. Mary WHITFIELD, San Angelo, Mrs. Ora BALL,
Sayre, Okla.  Three brothers, Frank ALLSUP, McAlester, Okla., Columbus
ALLSUP, Spurgeon ALLSUP, Dallas.  Services will be conducted 4:00 p.m. at
the chapel at LAMAR & SMITH.  Dr. N. C. HENDERSON of Oak Cliff Methodist
Church officiating.  Arrangements LAMAR & SMITH.  (Mrs.Lula ALLSUP was a
sister-in-law)
