DALLAS COUNTY PIONEER RESIDENT SUCCUMBS

Special to the News:

MESQUITE. Dallas Co., Texas Jan 23 - S. Eugene Murff, 73,for twenty-four years
a resident of Dallas and who had lived near here for the last four years died
Wednesday. Funeral services will be held Friday at the Christian Church in
Martindale Caldwell County.

He leaves two brothers, J. F. Murff of Dallas and T. A. Murff of Gonzales;
three sisters, Mrs. Donie Albright of San Marcos, Mrs. Fannie D. Rice of
Dallas and Miss Kate Murff of Dallas; four daughters, Mrs. Lester Porter of El
Paso, Mrs. D. A. O'Donnell of Waco; Miss Lena and Miss Cecile Murff of Dallas.
