John Martin Crabtree was the son of John Crabtree and Alice Friend.  He was born
August 11, 1809 in 
Lee Co., Virginia and died August 9, 1883 in Dallas, Dallas Co, Texas.  He was my
gr-grandfather.

John Martin and Mary Caroline Jones Crabtree were parents of three sons, only one
lived to marry and 
have descendents, my grandfather, Charles Franklin Crabtree Sr. who is buried in
Pioneers Rest 
Cemetery, Ft. Worth, Tarrant Co., Texas.

Additional Comments:
Sons were; John Leslie Crabtree, born and died at birth in 1849 in Lee Co.,
Virginia
Edward McDonnald Crabtree and Charles Franklin Crabtree Sr.
