Here lies Dallas Perry Tackiit, Born Jan 19, 1880, Died Aug. 16, 1947, Son of
Justice of the Peace, Robert Emmett Elias Tackit and grandson of North Texas
Frontiersman, Rev. Pleasant Tackitt.

Erected by daughter-in-law Mary I Tackitt and Great-grandson Justin B. Galloway.

Additional Comments:
Marker erected August 13, 2006, had been with out a headstone since 1947.
