ROBERTSON Funeral services for Lawson Robertson, who died Sunday, were held Tuesday afternoon in the Church of Christ conducted by the minister, Oscar Ellison, assisted by J.S. Darnall. A quartet composed of Mmes. Jack Hart and Wade Banowsky, Owen Clark and Claude Holcomb sang "Have Thine Own Way, Lord", "Rock of Ages" and "What a Friend We Have in Jesus." Burial was in the Little Elm cemetery, and pallbearers were grandsons Eddie L. and Charles L. Robertson, James, Robert and Joe Nelson, Ralph and Paul Killingsworth. Denton Record Chronicle 18 Oct 1944
