Spur Ranch owned by the Espuella Land and Cattle Company was sold to the Swenson
Bros., for $2,500,000.

Sale transfers title to 433,000 acres of land in the counties of Dickens, Kent,
Garza, and Crosby taking in all the lands of the Spur ranch. The price is $5.77
per acre. The sale was for cash.
