This photo is of the tombstone of Emma Elizabeth Agnes Scarborough Young 

Smith.  The stone shows Emma A. Dau. of Silas and Rachel Scarborough, Wife of 

J. C. Smith, Born Feb. 14, 1850, Died Aug. 15, 1893.  This stone is difficult 

to read. Emma is buried next to her first husband Dr. D. C. Young, and her 

mother Rachel Russell Scarborough.

Additional Comments:
An inscription at the bottom of the stone reads "Asleep in Jesus precious 

sleep"
