Johnnie Garcia COLORADO CITY -- Johnnie Braulio Garcia, 66, of Wink, a retired employee of Wink-Loving Independent School District, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998, at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. Services were Sunday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Ray Wilhelm officiating. Burial was in Loraine Cemetery. Arrangements by Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
