Permian Basin Death Notices

   Mayme Henderson
   
   ODESSA  --  Mayme  Henderson,  71,  of  Odessa,  a retired employee of
   Phillips  Petroleum  Company,  died  Wednesday,  Dec.  2, 1998, at her
   residence.
   
   Services  will  be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the
   Rev.  Jim  Ray  Brown  officiating.  Burial will be at Sunset Memorial
   Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
   
   She was born in Carlsbad, N.M. She was Methodist.
   
   SURVIVORS:  Daughters, Terry Ruiz of Odessa and Stacy Davis of Lufkin;
   brother, Lyle Henderson Jr. of Dublin, Texas; and three grandchildren.
   
   Maria Fuentes
   
   MARFA -- Maria Asucena P. Fuentes, 59, of Balmorhea, a teacher's aide,
   died Thursday, Dec. 3, 1998, at her residence.
   
   Mass  will  be  celebrated  at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic
   Church.  Rosary  will  be  said  at 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home
   Chapel.  Burial  will  be at Merced Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial
   Funeral Home.
   
   She was born in Marfa. She was Catholic.
   
   SURVIVORS: Husband, Ruben Fuentes of Pecos; mother, Francisca Gonzales
   of  Marfa;  daughters,  Frances  Parras and Cynthia Hernandez, both of
   Marfa,  Susan Fuentes and Theresa Fuentes, both of Balmorhea; and five
   grandchildren.
   
   Macario Ramirez
   
   FORT  STOCKTON  --  Marcario  Ramirez, 50, of Fort Stockton, a retired
   construction  laborer,  died  Thursday, Dec. 3, 1998, at Fort Stockton
   Nursing Center.
   
   Mass  will  be  celebrated  at  11 a.m. Saturday at St. Agnes Catholic
   Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Rosary will be said at
   7  p.m.  at  Fort  Stockton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at St.
   Agnes Cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
   
   He  was  born  in  Fort  Stockton  and was a lifetime resident. He was
   Catholic.
   
   SURVIVORS:  Mother,  Benina Salgado of Fort Stockton; brother, Gerardo
   Ramirez of Fort Stockton; and sisters, Margarita Ramirez of Odessa and
   Luisa Dutchover of Alpine.
   
   Billie Brodell
   
   ODESSA  --  Billie  D.  Brodell,  65, of Odessa died Thursday, Dec. 3,
   1998, at Odessa Regional Hospital.
   
   Services are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
