Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday at Martinez Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home. She was born in Terlingua and had lived in Odessa for 41 years. She was Catholic. Russell Peek ODESSA -- Russell Peek, 66, of Midland, a former law enforcement officer, died Friday, Dec. 4, 1998, in a Midland retirement home. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home. He was born in Ross City and grew up in Big Spring and Odessa. He was an Army veteran of the Korean conflict. He was a police officer in Odessa, Fort Stockton and Deer Park, and was a highway patrol officer in Hobbs, N.M. Survivors include: Son, Gary Peek of Odessa; daughters, Trudie Elaine Peek of Houston and Tammy Lindenmuth of Midland; brothers, Loyd Peek of Midland and Roy Peek of Clyde; sister, Bobbie Jean Jones of Addison; and seven grandchildren. Nettie H. Shaw KERMIT -- Nettie H. Shaw, 95, of Conroe, a florist, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 1998, in a Conroe nursing home. Services will be noon Monday at the First United Methodist Church in Kermit with the Rev. Gary Seelau officiating. Burial will be in the Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel of Kermit. She was born in Calisburg and was a long-time resident of Kermit before moving to Conroe. She was Methodist.
