Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Francis Frey officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Friday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Midland and moved to Odessa in 1951. He was Catholic. Betty Davis ODESSA -- Betty Jean Davis, 53, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born in Odessa. She was Baptist. Kenneth Lacy ODESSA -- Kenneth Lacy, 67, of Odessa died Monday, Dec. 7, 1998, at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Big Spring. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. today at VFW Post No. 4372. Arrangements by Myers & Smith Funeral Home in Big Spring. He was born in Roswell, N.M., and was a 15-year resident of Odessa. He was an Air Force veteran. SURIVORS: Brothers, George W. Follia Rice SEMINOLE -- Follia Rice, 83, of Seminole, a seamstress, died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1998, at Memorial Hospital in Seminole. She was born in Taylor County and moved to Seminole in 1922. She was Baptist.
