Shirley Felts ODESSA -- Shirley Inez Felts, 75, of Odessa, a retired Wal-Mart employee, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 1998, at Avalon Place. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in San Saba and moved to Odessa in 1963 from Ozona. She was Baptist. John Jackson MCCAMEY -- John "Pon/Nat" Jackson, 74, of Los Angeles, a retired employee of the city of Los Angeles, died Oct. 31, 1998, in Los Angeles after a lengthy illness.
