   Nathan Farris
   
   ODESSA -- Nathan Lee Farris, 37, of Odessa died Monday, Dec. 21, 1998,
   at his residence.
   
   Services were Wednesday, Dec. 23, 1998, at Odessa Funeral Home Angeles
   Memorial  Chapel  with  the  Rev. J.T. Pugh officiating. Burial was in
   Sunset  Memorial  Gardens. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home Angeles
   Memorial Chapel.
   
   He  was born in Odessa and was a lifetime resident. He was a member of
   the United Pentecostal Church.
   
   SURVIVORS:  Mother,  Annie  Farris of Odessa; brothers, Theo M. Farris
   Jr.  and  Steve  Farris,  both of Odessa, and Tim Farris of Tyler; and
   sister, Janice Goss of Canton.
   
   
   Anita Harrold
   
   ODESSA  --  Anita  Larue Harrold, 63, of Odessa, a retired composition
   artist, died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 1998, at her residence.
   
   Services  will  be  at 10 a.m. today at Sherwood Church of Christ with
   Lynn  Money  officiating.  Burial  will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
   Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
   
   She  was born in Bridgeport and moved to Odessa in 1961 from Monahans.
   She was a member of the Church of Christ.
   
   SURVIVORS:  Daughters,  Pam Phillips and Melody Davis, both of Odessa;
   sons,  Jerry  Harrold  and  Robert  Harrold,  both  of Odessa, and Jim
   Harrold  of  Spring; sister, Sue Rushin of Winnsboro; 10 grandchildren
   and two great-grandchildren.
   
   
   Michael Hopper
   
   ODESSA  --  Michael  Wayne  "Mike"  Hopper,  49,  of Fort Stockton, an
   employee  of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, died Wednesday,
   Dec. 23, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
   
   Services  will  be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Crescent Park Baptist Church
   with  the  Rev.  Barry  Owens  officiating.  Burial  will be at Sunset
   Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
   
   He  was  born  in  Lubbock and moved to Odessa in 1961. He was an Army
   veteran. He was Baptist.
   
   SURVIVORS:  Wife,  Frances  Hopper  of  Odessa;  sons, Michael Charles
   Hopper  of Stevens Point, Wis., Brian James Hopper of Fennimore, Wis.,
   and  Bruce  Hopper  of  Fort  Stockton;  and  sisters,  Beth Blount of
   Kingsland and Judy Crawford of Crane.
   
   
   Joe Wright
   
   ODESSA  --  Joe  Wright,  63,  of  Odessa,  a drill bit operator, died
   Monday, Dec. 21, 1998, at his residence.
   
   Services  were Wednesday, Dec. 23, 1998, at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel
   with  the  Rev.  Dan  Smelser  officiating.  Burial  will be at Sunset
   Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial
   Chapel.
   
   He was born in Childress.
   
   SURVIVORS:  Wife,  Nancy B. Wright of Odessa; daughters, Debra Holder,
   Bea  Looper  and  Bobbie  Brown,  all  of  Odessa, and Thelma Brown of
   Graham,  Ala.;  brothers,  Raymond  Wright and Freddie Wright, both of
   Harrison, Ark.; sisters, Leona Staton of Gilbert, Ark., Shirley Wright
   of  Alpine,  Ark.,  Lillie  Baker  of  St. Joe, Ark., Linda Coppage of
   Eldorado,  Okla.,  and Thelma Busby of Altus, Okla.; 11 grandchildren;
   and six great-grandchildren.
   
   
   Madeline Hill
   
   ODESSA -- Madeline Hill, 87, of Odessa died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 1998, at
   Medical Center Hospital.
   
   Sevices are pending with Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel.
   
   
   Russell Riddle
   
   ODESSA  --  Russell Leroy Riddle, 86, of Odessa died Tuesday, Dec. 22,
   1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
   
   Services are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
