Permian Basin Obituaries

   Services  for Virgie Robertson, 92, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday
   at  Second  Baptist  Church  with  Revs.  Bruce  Troy  &  Larry Purkey
   officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
   
   Mrs.  Robertson  died  Tuesday,  December  1,  1998 at Parks Methodist
   Retirement  Village.  She  was born January 24, 1906 in Hopkins County
   She married Herman Robertson April 15, 1926 in Greenville, Texas.
   
   She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Beaty and her husband Gerald
   of  Odessa  and  Sue Jackson & her husband Jim of Daingerfield, Texas;
   brother,   Claude  Whitehead  of  Claremore,  Okla.;  sister,  Juanita
   Hitchcock    of    Tulsa,    Okla.;    four    grandchildren   &   ten
   great-grandchildren.
   
   She  was  preceded  in death by her parent, Robert & Lillie Whitehead;
   husband,  Herman Robertson; grandson, Wade Kilpatrick; great-grandson,
   Daniel Beaty; four sisters & three brothers.
   
   Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
