SURVIVORS: Wife, Donna Carter of Kermit; sons, Billy Carter of Coal Hill, Ark., Roger Carter of Kermit, Brian Carter of Blossom and Duke Carter of Hartman, Ark.; daughters, Cherise Smoot of Alexander City, Ala., Amanda Carter and Alice Carter, both of New Braunfels; brothers, Kenneth Carter of Clarksville, Ark., and Wayne Carter and Gene Carter, both of Coal Hill, Ark.; sister, Helen Burch of Clarksville, Ark.; and seven grandchildren. Henry Johnson OKMULGEE, Okla. — Henry Theodore Johnson, 90, a retired heavy construction worker, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, in Okmulgee, Okla. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in the chapel of Kelly Funeral Home. Burial will be at Okmulgee Cemetery. Arrangements by Kelley Funeral Home. He was born in Henryetta, Okla., and had lived in Okmulgee since 1969. He was Baptist. Minnie King LAMESA — Minnie King, 95, of Big Lake, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, at her residence. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Lamesa Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Richard W. Box Funeral Homes. She was born inWinston County, Miss., and had lived in West Texas since 1924. She was Baptist. Horace Rose MONOHANS — Horace Wayne Rose, 62, of Monahans, an operator in the oilfield, died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, at his residence.
