He was born in Webster County, Iowa, and was a nine-year resident of Crane. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Church of Christ. "Dick" Flattley, 83, of Kermit, a retired instrument man for Sid Richardson, died Monday, Jan. 25, 1999, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital. Burnes Hogans ODESSA — Burnes Willard Hogans, 78, of Odessa, a retired oilfield worker, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
