Allene Hill BALLINGER — Allene J. Hill, 84, of Fort Stockton, a motel operator/owner, died Thursday, Jan. 27, 1999, in Fort Stockton. James Mitchell ODESSA — James "Sonny" Mitchell, 72, of Odessa, a retired welder, died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 1999, at his residence.
