She was born in Sanderson. She was Catholic. SURVIVORS: Adopted son, Roy Castelo of Fort Stockton; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Elva Castillo ODESSA — Elva Castillo, 45, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1999, at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Primera Iglesia Bautista. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home. She was born in Alice and had lived in Odessa since 1972. She was Baptist. Wilkinson CRANE — E.B. "Bill" Wilkinson, 78, of Crane, a retired employee of Texas-New Mexico Pipeline Company, died Monday, Feb. 1, 1999, at his residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Richard W. Box Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Medley officiating. Masonic services will be at Crane County Cemetery. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Homes. He was born in Pandora and moved to Crane in 1958. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.
