She was born in Koenigsberg, Germany, and had lived in Andrews since 1965. Mary Bullard ODESSA — Mary Elizabeth Bullard, 70, of Odessa, a retired licensed vocational nurse, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, at her residence.
