She was born in Killeen and had lived in Odessa for 34 years after moving from Montrose, Calif. James Miller ODESSA — James William Miller, 85, of West Monroe, La., a retired terminal manager, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, at Richardson Medical Center.
