He was born in Julimes, Ojinaga, Mexico, and moved to Odessa six years ago from Ojinaga. Julia Roberts ANDREWS — Julia Roberts, 91, of Andrews, a homemaker, died Tuesday, March 9, 1999, at Permian General Hospital.
