April 11, 1999 Permian Basin Death Notices Vivian Bray ODESSA — Vivian Bray, 64, a homemaker, died Thursday, April 8, 1999, at her residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Gene Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. She was born in Lark, Okla. and had lived in Odessa since 1956. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Daughters, Beverly Kirkland and Debbie Bray, both of Odessa; brothers, Roy Carman and Tommy Carman, both of Odessa and Jimmy Carman of Texas City; sisters, Janie Webb of Gardendale, Mae Cree of Odessa and Aline Burns of Gorman; and two granddaughters. Antonio Nunez Sr. MARFA — Antonio Nunez Sr., 82, died Friday, April 9, 1999, in an Alpine hospital. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at the church with burial following at Merced Cemetery. Arrangements made by Memorial Funeral Home. He was born in Ruidosa, Texas, and had lived in Marfa since 1940. He was Catholic. SURVIVORS: Wife, Carmen Nunez of Marfa; daughters, Herminia N. Salcido of Fort Davis and Estela Quintela of Fort Stockton; son, Antonio Nunez Jr. of Alpine; sister, Leonor Mediano of Marfa; 12 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Ruby Warren HUGOTON, Kan. —Ruby Jewell Warren, 89, of Odessa, died Thursday, April 8, 1999, at her residence. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Hugoton Cemetery. Arrangements made by Paul’s Funeral Home. She was born in McAlester, Okla. She moved to Odessa in 1992 from Hugoton, Kan. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Sons, Wendell Warren of Chanute, Kan., and Wayne Warren of Splendora; daughters, Sue Swinney of Odessa, Sandara Lancaster of Woodward, Okla., and Sharon Cooley of Davenport, Iowa; sister, Vivian Chilton of Corpus Christi; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
