Arrangements made by Martinez Funeral Home. He was born in Nieves Zacatecas, Mexico, but he lived in Pecos his entire life. He was a Catholic. Max Brown STINNETT —Max Willard Brown, 84, died Friday, April 9, 1999, in Dallas. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Orville Rogers officiating. Lila Golden COLORADO CITY —Lila Golden, 95, a homemaker, died Saturday, April 10, 1999, at a local nursing home. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Kiker-Seale Chapel with the Rev. Ted Spear officiating. Burial will follow at Colorado City Cemetery. Arrangements made by Kiker-Seale Funeral Home. She was born in DeQueen, Ark. and had lived in Colorado City since 1949. Carmen Gomez ODESSA —Carmen Carrasco Gomez, 85, died Sunday, April 11, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Rosary will be said today at 7:30 p.m. at the Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel. She was born in Candelaria and she was a Catholic. Tomas Granado BALMORHEA —Tomas Granado, 83, died Friday, April 9, 1999, at Columbia Medical Center East in El Paso. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Christ The King Catholic Church and burial will follow at Balmorhea Cemetery. Arrangements made by Pecos Funeral Home. He was born in Fort Davis and had lived in Balmorhea his whole life. He received a Purple Heart in World War II, where he served in the Army. He was Catholic.
