Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Westbrook First Baptist Church with the Revs. Jim Mosely and Orvel Brantley officiating. Burial will be at Loraine Cemetery. Arrangements by Kiker-Seale Funeral Home. She was born in Mitchell County and was a lifelong resident. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Son, Robert W. Tomas Rodriguez IRAAN — Tomas Rodriguez, 70, of Iraan, a landscaper, died Monday, April 12, 1999, at Memorial Hospital and Medical Center in Midland. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Barry McLean officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Richard W. Box Funeral Home. Arrangements by Richard W. Trueman Simon BIG SPRING — Trueman Leroy Simon, 75, of Big Spring, a retired service station owner and truck driver, died Monday, April 12, 1999, at a Big Spring hospital. Norman Witcher AMARILLO — "Jack" Norman L. Witcher, 78, of Amarillo, owner of W.W. Electric, died Friday, April 9, 1999, in Amarillo.
