Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at First Baptist Church. Burial will be at Marfa Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home. She was born in Marfa and spent most of her years there. Ygnacio Chavez KERMIT — Ygnacio Chavez, 85, of Wink, a retired employee of Texas-New Mexico Railroad, died Thursday, May 20, 1999, at his residence. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today at St. Thomas Catholic Church with the Rev. John Lucido officiating. Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel. He was born in Presidio and lived in Wink for 55 years. He was an Army veteran. He was Catholic.
