Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Harkey Funeral Chapel in Monahans. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home. She was born in Fort Smith, Ohio, and was a lifelong resident of Monahans. She was Methodist. SURVIVORS: Daughters, Jean Rink of Lubbock and Naomi Martin of Victoria; sister, Claris Usry of Odessa; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. Joe Rushin BIG SPRING — Joe D. Rushin, 54, of Odessa, died Sunday, May 23, 1999, in Big Spring. Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel. He was born in Hamlin. Evelyn Toler ODESSA — Evelyn Jean Toler, 68, of Odessa, a retire restaurant owner, died Sunday, May 23, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Rose Hill Cemetery. She was born in Henryetta, Okla. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Sons, Curtis Blake of Hobbs, N.M., and Carl Blake of Odessa; daughter, Connie Calabreves of Midland; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Barbara Waddington STRAWN — Barbara Gailey Waddington, 70, of Strawn, a retired Odessa store owner, died Monday, May 24, 1999, in Abilene. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Revs. Todd Haley and Jerry Speer officiating. Burial will be in Mount Marion Cemetery. Arrangements by Edwards Funeral Home. She was born in Merkel and had lived in Strawn since 1983. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Husband, L.S.
