                             Gilberto Carrosco
                                      
      ODESSA — Gilberto Carrosco, 64, of Odessa, a self-employed
         mechanic, died Monday, May 31, 1999, at a local hospital.
                                      
     Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic
   Church. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Frank W. Wilson Funeral
    Directors Chapel. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements
                   by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
                                      
   He was born in Presidio and moved to Odessa in 1954 from Hale Center.
                                      
      SURVIVORS: Wife, Ismarelda Carrosco of Odessa; daughters, Sally
      Garcia, Yolonda Cortez, Sylvia Carrosco, Susan Martinez, Melissa
   Carrosco and Jo Ann Acosta, all of Odessa; sons, Gilbert Carrosco Jr.
    and Ernest Carrosco, both of Odessa; brothers, Enry Carrosco Sr. of
    Midland and N.B. Carrosco of Odessa; sisters, Esperanza Molinar and
    Elpidia Molinar, both of Dallas; stepsons, Ector Cruz Jr. and Danny
   Cruz, both of Odessa; 20 grandchildren; and seven step grandchildren.
                                      
                               Thomas Howell
                                      
     GRANDFALLS — Thomas Jefferson Howell, 61, of Fort Stockton, a
   retired truck driver, died Sunday, May 30, 1999, at the Fort Stockton
                      Nursing Center in Fort Stockton.
                                      
   Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Tamarisk Cemetery with
    the Rev. Bill Cook officiating. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.
                                      
                          He was born in Monahans.
                                      
    SURVIVORS: Sons, Thomas Jay Howell of Hayes, Va., and James Gregg of
     North Dakota; daughters, Carla Gay Clark of La Mirada, Calif., and
   Lisa Motley of Midland; brothers, Gene Howell of Brady, Joe Howell of
         Lindsey, Okla., and Donald Howell of Grandfalls; and seven
                               grandchildren.
                                      
                               James Webster
                                      
   ODESSA — James Dalton Webster, 72, of Odessa died Monday, May 31,
                          1999, at his residence.
                                      
      Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Odessa Funeral Home Angeles
   Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Philip McLarty officiating. Arrangements
              by Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel.
                                      
   He was born in Esteline and moved to Odessa in 1976 from Plainview. He
                    was an Army veteran. He was Baptist.
                                      
   SURVIVORS: Wife, Tillie L. Snelson Webster of Odessa; daughters, Linda
    Young of May and Lana Motley of Arlington; sister, Norma Cardinal of
        Colorado; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
                                      
                              Barbara Williams
                                      
      BARSTOW — Barbara Williams, 80, of Pecos, a homemaker, died
             Sunday, May, 30, 1999, at Reeves County Hospital.
                                      
    Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Barstow Cemetery with
    the Rev. Rod Peacok officiating. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
                                      
   She was born in Midland and was a lifelong resident of Pecos. She was
                               Presbyterian.
