Services were May 25, 1999, at Primitive Baptist Church. Burial was in Marble Falls City Cemetery. Arrangements were by Edgar Funeral Home. He was born in Haskell County and was a Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Elsie Cogburn of Granite Shoals; sons, Jack Cogburn of LaGrande, Ore., Bill Cogburn of San Antonio and Dan Cogburn of Tatum, N.M.; brothers, Alvis Cogburn of Midland, Jack Cogburn of Redding, Calif., and Check Cogburn of Montana; sisters, Gertrude Alderson of Abilene, Bessie Windle and Lois Barron, both of Cassell, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Audrey Coker CRANE — Audrey Hazel Coker, 89, of Crane, died Wednesday, June 9, 1999, at Crane County Care Center. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Crane County Cemetery with the Rev. Chip Allen officiating. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Home. She was born in Norwood, Ark., and moved to Crane in 1945. She was Baptist. John Porter FORT STOCKTON — John David Porter, 72, of Fort Stockton, died Wednesday, June 9, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial will be at Easthill Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home. He was born in San Angelo. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Minyard Smith FORT STOCKTON — Minyard H. Smith, 85, of Fort Stockton, a rancher, died Thursday, June 10, 1999, in Fort Stockton. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Apostolic Tabernacle with the Rev. C.G. Gilmer officiating. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Fort Stockton. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home. He was born in Sterling City and lived in Fort Stockton for 76 years. He was Apostolic.
