Emma Seabolt ODESSA — Emma Carolyn Seabolt, 99, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Wednesday, June 30, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Frank W. She moved to Odessa in 1940 from Eunice. SURVIVORS: Daughter, Ruby Seabolt Vice of Odessa; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. James Tighe WACO — James T. Tighe, 83, formerly of Odessa, a retired Veterans Administration Hospital employee, died Monday, June 28, 1999, in Austin. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Mark Deering officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. He was born in New York City. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. SURVIVORS: Daughters, Rosemary Wilkins of Austin and Tricia Eubanks of Chico; sons, Jim Tighe of San Francisco, Joe Tighe of Odessa and Patrick Tighe of Houston; brother, Francis Tighe of Parlin, N.J.; and five grandchildren. Joann Dosier Joann Dosier died Tuesday, June 29, 1999, in Lubbock.
