                               Inez Granados
    ANDREWS — Inez Anaya Granados, 95, of Andrews, a rancher, died
                     Friday, July 9, 1999 at his home.
     Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes
    Catholic Church in Andrews. Burial will be in Andrews West Cemetery.
    Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Monday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel.
                    Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
            He was born in San Carlos, Mexico. He was Catholic.
   SURVIVORS: Sons, Cruz Granados of Ojinaga, Mexico, and Auden Granados
   of Odessa; daughters, Andrea Figueroa of Andrews and Bahola Valenzuela
    of La Puente, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
                                      
                              James Patterson
     ANDREWS — James Patterson, 88, of Andrews, a Texaco employee,
          died Friday, July 9, 1999 in Seminole Memorial Hospital.
    Services will be at 2 p.m. today in McNett Funeral Home Chapel with
     the Rev. Russ Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews
            West Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
    He was born in Noble, Ill. He was a 15-year resident of Andrews. He
                 was a member of Lakeview Christian Church.
     SURVIVORS: Daughters, Barbara Garretts of Peoria, Ill., and Janice
     Beal of Andrews; brother, Ervin Patterson of Olney, Ill.; sisters,
   Frankie Diemel, Mabel Gillan and Mary Clark, all of Olney, Ill.; four
                grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
                                      
                               Jesus Salgado
    MIDLAND — Jesus Bustillos Salgado, 80, of Midland, an oilfield
          worker, died Friday, July 9, 1999 after a short illness.
      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Our Lady Guadalupe
    Catholic Church in Midland with the Rev. Jerome Burnett officiating.
    Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Rosary will be said at 7:30
    p.m. Sunday at the Reyes-Garcia Chapel. Arrangements by Reyes-Garcia
                               Funeral Home.
                   He was born in Marfa. He was Catholic.
   SURVIVORS: Wife, Maria Socorro Salgado of Midland; sons, Carlos Jesus
    Salgado of Okinawa, Japan, and Manuel Rodarte of Midland; brothers,
    Gregorio Bustillos Salgado and Francisco Bustillos Salgado, both of
       Midland, and Raymundo Bustillos Salgado of Monahans and Matias
    Bustillos Salgado of Odessa; and sister, Candelaria Salgado Melendez
                         of Ojinaga Chih., Mexico.
                                      
                                Eva Taggart
    MONAHANS — Eva Mae Taggart, 90, of Monahans, a retired teacher,
                   died Friday, July 9, 1999 in Abilene.
   Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Monahans
      with the Rev. Ken Andres officiating. Burial will be in Monahans
       Cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.She was Baptist.
   SURVIVORS: Husband, Chester Taggart of Abilene; sons, Dean Taggart of
                  Abilene and Don Taggart of San Antonio.
                                      
                                Jessie Tripp
    ODESSA — Jessie Beth Tripp, 94, of Eastland, a homemaker, died
                          Thursday, July 8, 1999.
   Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Odessa Cemetery.
                Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
                 She was born in Amarillo. She was Baptist.
    Survivors: Daughter, Eddie Jo Tone of Eastland; three grandchildren;
       four great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
                                      
                                John Ramirez
    ANDREWS — John Ramirez, 62, of Andrews died Saturday, July 10,
                                   1999.
               Services are pending with McNett Funeral Home.
