Margaret Welch UHRICHSVILLE, OHIO — Margaret Pauline Welch, 74, of Columbus, Ohio, a retired telephone operator, died Tuesday, July 27, 1999. Funeral services will be at noon Saturday at Linn-Hert Geib Funeral Home in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville, Ohio. Arrangements by Schoedinger Funeral Service and Cramatory. She was a medical technician in the U.S. Army Air Force during and after World War II. She was also a colonel in the Confederate Air Force.
